Our intention is to provide the same service we have in store to everyone, anywhere. We intend to schedule deliveries every day and to any location, carried out by a knowledgeable sales assistant equipped to answer any question on the spot. Bear in mind that the deliveries will take place during office hours, between 10am and 3pm. Therefore, if you’re normally at work during those hours kindly list your work address as the delivery address.
We deliver to both Malta and Gozo, however the frequency of deliveries to Gozo will differ. We will schedule deliveries to Gozo twice weekly – depending on the amount of orders / requests. Since we do not yet have a warehouse in Gozo we cannot promise deliveries within 24 hours, kindly bear with us & if the pair is needed urgently email Christina on info@ecco-shoes.com.mt and we’ll see if anything can be done.
We do not ship to any country other than the Maltese Islands.
Deliveries will be carried out from Monday to Saturday, between 10am – 3:30pm. Any shoes purchased on Sunday will be delivered on Monday.
